If you are a buyer , I charge you only 1.5% , and credit excessive amount I receive (over 1.5%) back to your account at settlement. If you are a seller and I am your listing agent, I charge you only 1.5% for listing and sale. For special cases, I charge only 1%. We may have to give 2-2.5% of commission to the buyer’s agent. These rate schedules are for a full service real estate broker/agent (not a discount broker/agent).
